All of our products will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please exclude weekends and major holidays.

If we received your order on Friday after 4PM EST, it will be processed on Monday the following week.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping Times:

• United States: 5-10 days
• Canada: 5-10 days
• Rest of the World: 7 - 12 days

Our shipping times are quoted by the carrier. Please expect longer shipping times during holiday season.

For shipment to outside United States, we will not be responsible for the delay once your item entered customs.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns made after this window will be rejected.

Our return policy applies when the wrong item is delivered, or broken/defective upon delivery. Customized items are not returnable or refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note you will be required to provide a picture/video of the received item to prove it is defective/broken to qualify for the exchange/refund.

To initiate a return, email us at support@hrjkstreet.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item to. You will bear the shipping cost of returning the product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
