Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
The average transit time is 7 - 15 business days. There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delay. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with the tracking number once we have sent out the item. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to appear. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS
There is no cancellation after 24 hours.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@hrjkstreet.net. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours. We cannot correct an address after the product has been sent out.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrived damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
